BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy to our customers at Appearance Clinic Australia, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.
To confirm your appointment, your card will be authorised but not charged for $50 cancellation fee. Your card will only be charged if you cancel, no-show, or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early to the appointment to ensure all relevant forms are signed. If you are running late, your treatment time may be reduced.
At Appearance Clinic Australia we accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, ZipPay and Afterpay. Unfortunately we do not accept bank cheques or American Express.
All appointments performed on the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day. If you fail to pay for your treatment on the day or leave the premises without payment or knowledge of the therapist, you will forthwith be banned from the clinic and all future appointments will be immediately cancelled. In this circumstance, Appearance Clinic Australia holds the rights to legally pursue this incident.
Zip Pay and Afterpay payments are available to be used on all skin treatments, skin packages, skin products and laser treatments.
Afterpay is not available with cosmetic injectables.
Zip Pay and Afterpay are available on a minimum spend of $150.
We strongly advise you to create a Zip Pay/Afterpay account prior to your appointment to ensure you are approved and eligible. Appearance Clinic Australia has no involvement with Zip Pay/Afterpay’s eligibility and repayments.
All prepaid treatments and services at Appearance Clinic Australia have a 12 month expiration, unless specified otherwise.
Appearance Clinic Australia does not provide refunds on any prepaid treatments or change of mind. We abide by the Consumer Affairs Victoria “Change of Mind” Policy.
Prepaid treatments are non transferable to another client.
Prepaid treatments are non transferable to another area of the body.
If you wish to discontinue the prepaid treatments, we are happy to transfer to another service or product within the clinic with a matching value.
If a client is a no show on the day of the appointment or a cancellation within 24 hours, a prepaid treatment will be forfeited for our therapists time.
GIFT VOUCHERS AND PRE-PURCHASED SERVICE VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable after the end date. Due to Covid-19 government-enforced clinic closure, gift voucher end dates will be extended to reflect the duration of the closure. Gift vouchers may be used to purchase any products or services in clinic or online.
Where products and services are purchased using a gift voucher, any remaining monies will be given as store credit and stored for future transactions up to 12 months from date of original voucher.
Suitability of treatment will be established in pre-treatment consultation. Appearance Clinic Australia reserves the right to refuse treatment if pre purchased treatment is deemed unsuitable, in which case an alternative treatment will be recommended.
Value of service vouchers may be applied to an alternate treatment if deemed more suitable. If purchase price exceeds value of voucher, additional costs may apply and the client (you) is responsible for paying the difference. If the alternate treatment is of lesser value, the remaining value may be stored as credit for purchase of any in clinic products or services (excludes gift vouchers). If an alternate treatment is of lesser value, the remaining value may be stored as credit for purchase of any in clinic products or services (excludes gift vouchers). Credit cannot be used to purchase online products, services or gift vouchers, and credit is not redeemable for cash.
Any lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
The voucher must be brought in with you on the day or it can not be redeemed.
Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable to another client and not redeemable for cash.
No refunds for change of mind. Refunds if required, are at the discretion of the Management and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
